What cookies and localStorage are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. localStorage is browser storage controlled by this website. Similar technologies can remember settings, support security, measure activity, attribute enquiries and keep chat working.
Tools currently used
This website currently uses the following tools that may set cookies, use localStorage or process similar browser identifiers.
- HubSpot tracking code, for form attribution, CRM context and website analytics connected to enquiries.
- First-party UTM localStorage under the key aria_utm, for first-touch and last-touch campaign attribution retained for up to 90 days.
- respond.io web chat, for chat availability, conversation continuity and messaging support.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for bot detection and form security on enquiry forms.
- Usercentrics, for displaying the consent interface, recording your choices and controlling optional services.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you consent to Analytics, for measuring visits, page views, sessions, engagement and enquiry-related events.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is deployed through Google Tag Manager and is blocked by default. It loads only after you consent to the Google Analytics 4 service in Usercentrics. Google Signals is enabled in our production Analytics property and may provide aggregated demographics, interests and cross-device insights for eligible consenting users who are signed in to Google and have enabled Ads Personalization; data thresholds may limit what appears in reports.
Google Ads, Meta Pixel, remarketing tags, advertising personalization and Enhanced Conversions are not currently enabled. Google advertising consent signals remain denied unless and until a separately disclosed advertising service is introduced and you make the required choice.
Managing cookies
- You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings.
- Blocking cookies may affect form attribution, chat continuity or bot verification.
- Use Cookie settings in the website footer at any time to accept, reject or withdraw consent for optional services. Withdrawing consent stops future loading of the affected service; browser controls can remove cookies already stored on your device.
No sale of personal information
We do not currently sell personal information or use advertising/remarketing pixels that would require a “Do Not Sell or Share” flow. If that changes, we will update our policies and provide the required choice before using those tools.
