Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Zhangjiajie Zhangjiajie
Accommodation: Zhangjiajie
Arrive in Zhangjiajie and transfer to the hotel in or near the Wulingyuan area. Rest before the mountain programme.
Day 2 Wulingyuan and Yuanjiajie Zhangjiajie
Meals: B/LAccommodation: Zhangjiajie
Enter Wulingyuan Scenic Area, a UNESCO-listed landscape of countless sandstone pillars. Take the Bailong Elevator, the world's tallest outdoor lift ascending the cliff face — subject to daily operations. At the top, explore Yuanjiajie, where its towering pinnacles inspired scenes in the film Avatar. Continue to Tianzi Mountain, known for mist-shrouded peaks and sweeping views across the stone columns. Descend with a sightseeing ride through the Ten-Mile Gallery, a valley trail lined with rock formations, if the tram is operating.
Day 3 Grand Canyon, Glass Bridge and transfer to Fenghuang Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang

Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a dramatic gorge with sheer cliffs, waterfalls and a stream at its base. Cross the Glass Bridge, a transparent skywalk suspended 300 meters above the canyon floor, offering thrilling views straight down through its glass deck — subject to weather, maintenance and timed admission. Continue to Baofeng Lake, a serene alpine lake nestled among green peaks, where a short boat ride takes you past cascading cliffs and rock formations — if time and local conditions permit.
After the visit, continue by road to Fenghuang Ancient Town and check in at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a free walk through the ancient town and its illuminated riverside streets.
Day 4 Transfer to Zhangjiajie and departure Fenghuang to Zhangjiajie

After breakfast, your driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer you from Fenghuang back to Zhangjiajie Airport or railway station for departure. The transfer time will be confirmed after departure details are provided.
