Arrival in Xi'an
Welcome to Xi'an! Your guide will meet you at the airport or railway station and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city on your own.

Xi'an City Tour
Explore Xi'an today. Visit the Terracotta Army Museum, where thousands of life-sized soldiers stand guard over the tomb of China's first emperor. Then visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and walk along the Ancient City Wall. End your day with a stroll through the vibrant Muslim Quarter, sampling delicious local snacks.
Xi'an Cultural Experience
Experience Hanfu culture by dressing in traditional Chinese attire and trying an ancient-style photoshoot. Visit the Han Yang Ling Museum to learn about the Han Dynasty. In the evening, explore the Great Tang All Day Mall, a pedestrian street that recreates the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty with traditional architecture, performances, and local crafts.
High-Speed Train to Lanzhou
After breakfast, take a high-speed train to Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province and a major hub along the Silk Road. Upon arrival, visit the Yellow River Mother Sculpture, an iconic landmark symbolizing the Yellow River as the cradle of Chinese civilization. Then walk across Zhongshan Bridge, also known as the "First Bridge Over the Yellow River," a historic steel bridge built in 1907. In the evening, enjoy the beautiful night views along the Yellow River.
Wuwei Tianti Mountain Grottoes
Today your guide will take you to the Tianti Mountain Grottoes (Heavenly Ladder Mountain Grottoes) to begin the day's journey. One of China's earliest Buddhist grotto sites, founded in the Northern Liang Dynasty, these grottoes feature a giant Buddha statue and beautiful cliffside carvings. After the visit, continue to Zhangye and check into your hotel.

Zhangye Colorful Danxia
Today your guide will take you to Zhangye Colorful Danxia Scenic Spot to begin the day's journey. Often called the "Rainbow Mountains," this spectacular landscape features layers of colorful sandstone creating a breathtaking panorama resembling an artist's palette. Jiayuguan Fortress
Today your guide will take you to the Jiayuguan Pass to begin the day's journey.
